The Trust publishes a comprehensive directory of all the services it provides for diagnosing and treating cancer. This is available as a download or alternatively to healthcare professionals through the Choose and Book system, and to patients via the
nhs.uk website.

Referrals for diagnosis and treatment
Many of our clinical units only see patients who already have a confirmed diagnosis of cancer. The Trust runs diagnostic clinics for suspected cancer for the following:
- Breast - London and Surrey
- Prostate - London and Surrey
- Testicular - London and Surrey
- Head and Neck - London and Surrey
- Colorectal - London only
- Haematuria - London only
- Lymph node - Surrey only
- Skin - Surrey only
Referrals for suspected cancer can be sent as a normal referral letter, or on a cancer referral form, to the Central Referrals Office.
