A patient is defined as any person who has received treatment or follow up care from the Trust within the last five years.

A paediatric or adolescent patient is an individual who is aged between 16 and 25.
A carer is an individual who has attended the Trust as the carer of a patient within the last five year period. They should not have been a volunteer of an organisation or employed for this caring role.

A partner is an individual who works in the medical field but is not a member of staff at the Royal Marsden Hospital.
