Membership Council by-election

The Trust will hold a by-election to the Membership Council of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust in the Public: Elsewhere in England constituency (one position).

All nomination papers should be received by the Returning Officer, Matthew Reeve, at the above address by 5pm on Friday 21 November 2008.

Faxed or e-mailed nominations will not be accepted.

If candidates do submit a nomination and then decide to withdraw, this must be done in writing (witnessed) and received by the Returning Officer, Matthew Reeve, at the above address no later than 5pm on Wednesday 26 November 2008.

Election

Ballot papers will be distributed to qualifying members on Tuesday 16 December 2008.

Completed ballot papers must be received by the Independent Scrutineer (Electoral Reform Services Ltd) by 5pm on Tuesday 13 January 2009.

The result of the election will be announced at the Trust’s offices on Thursday 15 January 2009.
