The Royal Marsden hosts the first Advisory Board Company meeting

Today the Royal Marsden Hospital hosted the first Advisory Board Company meeting, the ‘UK Special Oncology Meeting’. It contained three main sections:

  • Next generation tumour site strategy – achieving best in class: clinical performance through principled reform development
  • Outlook for oncology: strategic forecast for cancer services
  • Managing for growth: best practices for increasing efficiency and expanding access to care
