Today the Royal Marsden Hospital hosted the first Advisory Board Company meeting, the ‘UK Special Oncology Meeting’. It contained three main sections:
- Next generation tumour site strategy – achieving best in class: clinical performance through principled reform development
- Outlook for oncology: strategic forecast for cancer services
- Managing for growth: best practices for increasing efficiency and expanding access to care
